Giraffe in Another City

Well. Let's just say that my "friend" the monkey turned out to be an entirely untrustworthy ally who was not working on my behalf at all. Let's say that I have finally put that smelly creature and his zoo behind me. Let's also say that I have put my entire little town behind me and have immigrated upcoast to a new town. I don't want to give too much away. I'm still getting comfortable here, and learning my way around.

So - I'm still in So Cal and I'm still on the coast. My new town has a lot going for it: plenty of eateries, theaters, an art district, a really big boat, a pyramid, and a guy named Joe who makes a really nice Polish sandwich (and a totally decent pickled egg) and NO ZOO. I have my own laptop now. Well - to be honest, it's kind of borrowed from a narcoleptic zoo keeper. Hey. The guy was dragging around a 17" display with a Core i7 processor, and a Blu-ray drive - and all ever he did with it was play solitaire!! I plan on wiring him compensation, anonymously, once I get more firmly situated.

Oops. Sprinklers coming on. See what I mean? Still learning this stuff. Talk to you later.
